"The lesson learned from this experience..."
I ordered some blue light glasses for my grandkids as a gift. The package never showed up, even though the delivery service said it was 'delivered.' I had to start an investigation with the carrier, but no luck there. I then chatted with the head of customer service at KOOPER, and they agreed to send out a replacement. I got the glasses today, and now the grandkids have some adorable protective eyewear. More importantly, I have a tale to share about this company's integrity and how they've won my loyalty. Big thanks to Genevieve and the KOOPER team!

"Awesome support from the team"
I had previously made a purchase from Kooper, but sadly my glasses got damaged, so I went ahead and ordered a new pair. There were some issues with the shipping, but Genevieve from customer service was fantastic and really came through for me. I eventually got my new pairs. Big thanks to Genevieve!

"Top-notch support from the team"
The customer support was fantastic, responding to my inquiries swiftly and sorting out the problem I faced with a scratch on the lens without any hassle. I'm super pleased with my purchase and have told my buddies about it. If I were you, I'd go for the gamer edition since it filters out more blue light compared to the other versions.

"Incredible eyewear experience"
This eyewear is just incredible! My eyes used to feel so sore after spending time on my laptop. But these blue light glasses are a game changer for my eyes when I’m on my devices for a long stretch. Plus, the design is super stylish. I love rocking them! There are so many different styles to pick from!!! Totally in love with it!!!

"Terrible Experience"
This is the worst company ever. It took them two whole months to ship my glasses, and when I reached out to my bank to cancel the payment, they did it. Then, when my bank got in touch with them, they asked me to withdraw my complaint, promising a refund. Now, three months have passed, and I'm still waiting for my money. Normally, I wouldn’t bother writing a review unless I was really unhappy, but I’ve honestly never encountered anything like this.

"Absolutely Adoring My Kooper Specs"
I recently got myself a fresh pair of blue light glasses from Kooper, and they showed up in no time. I wear them daily and honestly can't find anything wrong with them. A couple of my pals have snagged their own pairs too, 'cause they not only shield your eyes from that nasty blue light but also look really stylish! I've been using my 'Charlie' glasses for a few weeks now, and I wear them every day. They've truly made a huge difference for my eyes and head, especially since I'm on my phone a lot.
When I'm just sitting around at work or chilling at home, I'm glued to my phone, and my eyes were really feeling it—headaches and nausea were the norm. But honestly, I don’t experience that anymore when I put on these glasses.
Plus, I think they look great, and I keep getting compliments, which is always a nice bonus!
I highly recommend them.

"My Kooper glasses are amazing!"
I absolutely adore my Kooper glasses! They're super light, making it a breeze to wear them while working. The translucent blue hue is just perfect (not overly blue, not too clear). They suit my face shape just right! I'm so excited to wear them daily.
